1. Ground-Based Vacuum Access: Commercial vacuum extraction is performed safely from ground level. A clear 3-foot walking perimeter around the structure is appreciated for pole and hose routing.

2. Downspout & Underground Line Verification: Downspout flushing clears drops to ground level. If you have existing underground French drains or buried pipes that are root-choked, collapsed, or blocked beyond the adapter, further subterranean cleaning or rerouting will be discussed on-site.

3. Weather & Operating Windows: Work is weather-dependent (severe lightning, heavy downpours, or sub-freezing ice locks). Service takes place in Buffalo and nearby areas during operating hours (weekday afternoons from 3:00 PM, weekends from 8:00 AM).
